Yalıkavak Değirmenler
This restaurant has long been a popular choice, because of it’s location. It’s at the top of the hill overlooking Yalikavak, and from their outdoor patio you get a sweeping view of Yalikavak and the Kudur Peninsula.
It’s instantly recognizable because of the two windmills adjacent to the restaurant. One’s been renovated and the other hasn’t. There’s also another un-renovated windmill on the opposite side of the street.
During the summer months you may be lucky enough to see the guy unfurl the sails and set the windmill in motion. During the winter months the sails are removed.
Their Supreme Breakfast consists of four different types of cheese (Ezine, Tulum, Chechil and Halloumi), seasonal jams (quince and pumpkin), honey, cream, butter, cold meats, water borek, baked borek, egg, bread, bagel, salad, dried nuts, and of course unlimited tea.
