Vikki from Expat Blog, is originally from London; used to live in Bodrum; but is currently living in Istanbul.  As well has having many miles on her speedometer, she’s also a woman of many words.

When I asked her to share her Bodrum Peninsula Top 5 in less than 50 words with me – I think she read “500” and just kept expounding on the joys of the Bodrum Peninsula.  You just have to love the enthusiasm folks have for the area!

Seray Zetas Restaurant – Gumbet’s best-kept secret. Opposite Serhan Hotel.  5 star service & food!  Reasonable prices.

Gümüşlük.  Rabbit Island.  Gorgeous fish restaurants.

Kuba Bar*.  Overlooking Bodrum Marina.  Fantastic Atmosphere. “Be seen”

Camel Beach.  Unspoilt.  Scorching Sand!  Ride camels.

Moonlight Boat Trips. Chill out & get amazing photos of Bodrum at night 🙂

 

 

*I used Google Translate to covert Kuba Bar website into English – it’s aways a voyage of discovery to see what the translation tool comes up with.  Apparently, Kuba Bar is expecting lots of construction workers, because “The valet service is available to customers with special tools.”
