Printing your Quick Reference Travel Guides

Format:

Click on the PDF link you want to open, and the document will open in a new window.

Size:

Each guide is available is US (letter) and Standard (A4) sizes. The guide is designed to print double-sided in 3 equal panels.

Here’s a couple of printer settings to check:

2-Sided Print

Your QRTG is in a PDF, designed to be printed as a 2-sided document:

• Properties > 2-sided Printing > 2-sided Print
• If your printer isn’t able to do a 2-sided print, you can just print one side, and then re-feed the page through the printer.

Page Setup

When you’re setting your printing preferences:

• Page Setup = None

If you use a different page setup setting, your Travel Guide will print out smaller than actual size, and it won’t fold into 3 equal panels.

1. Place your Gude, map side up:

2. Fold the Right hand panel inwards to meet the yellow dashed-line, and crease the right hand side of the guide:

3. Fold the Left hand panel inwards, and crease the left hand side of the guide:

4. Now “Open the door to …..”
