Some of the major streets, sights and landmarks of Bodrum Town

Dr Alim Bey Caddesi

• Pedestrian area full of shops and restaurants, travel/excursion offices and foreign exchange kiosks

Cumhuriyet Caddesi

• Also known as Bar Street, this pedestrian street has restaurants and bars on one side, and the bay and beach area on the other.

Cevat Sakir Caddesi

• This main road that leads into town, past the market and towards Bodrum Castle, and has shops, businesses, foreign exchange and a few restaurants dotted along it
• The post office is located on this street

Ataturk Caddesi

• This street has a lot more local businesses (bakeries, property offices, chemist, iron mongers etc.) as well as local lokantas and kebab shops.
